Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (MGIT) recently facilitated an industry-oriented field trip for students in their Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics programs. The visit covered tours of established enterprises such as Rajeswari Industries Pvt Ltd, Universal Mechatronics, Powertech Transformers and Controllers Pvt. Ltd, and Tirven Industries Pvt. Ltd, located in the industrial zone of Balanagar. This initiative aligns with MGIT’s dedication to providing experiential learning opportunities, offering students a firsthand look at manufacturing processes, quality control measures, and Industry 4.0 advancements.
